Celebrating Everyday
You don't need a special occasion to celebrate or to eat well. At our house, we like to celebrate everyday and eat well while we do it. Here's a pre-game snack we put together before heading out to a baseball game which included sharp provolone and fresh mozzarella cheeses; some toasted Italian and ciabatta breads; pumpkin ricotta and crispy salami crostini; pepperoni, salami and peppered ham; pan con tomate and fresh fruit. Maybe not quite as pretty as the one we did for a private party this weekend, but just as tasty!
