Beach House Pantry
I love to start with the Charcuterie Board to give you something to snack on while we get situated, and then I recommend choosing a couple of appetizer items and a salad/soup. Our entrée will be the rockfish that we discussed and cauliflower steak for the guest that does not eat fish. I always include some infused water. The personal chef/server fee includes everything needed for the event (I supply everything, cookware, real plate ware, real flatware, and any other supplies needed).
We will get started with interactive part of the meal right away and then finish it off later in the evening.
