The Surf & Turf Martini is usually done with Beef Tenderloin, Jumbo Shrimp and Lump Crab Meat, would you like to substitute the Beef for another meat as it is the same as the Beef entrée? We could do Smoked Duck, Pork Tenderloin, or Lamb Pop. Of course, I'm a steak girl, so I would be fine with a double shot of Beef Tenderloin

Roasted Tenderloin of Beef with Béarnaise sauce, trio roasted potatoes & seared garlic green beans

Paired with a Bordeaux, mild, herby & hints of chocolate

Baked Rockfish with a citrus salsa served with seasonal veggie and brown rice and quinoa

Paired with a zesty, crisp Sauvignon Blanc
